This works for Event Card’s time and not Event Top’s. Please go to wp-admin > Settings > Time Format > select H:i.

Your Event Locations must have Latitude and Longitude filled in, otherwise they won’t be visible on the map: https://mlfa.org/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=event_location&post_type=ajde_events
