Hey Roy,

I have checked a single event and I can see everything there working as should, not sure where the problem is located through then. Could you please use a screenshot for us to help us understand it?

Thank you very much

Hey Bradley,

Well, you can put your event on the description that it starts when, so clients not to be confused, but this is how the calendars work actually. If it is taking 2 days, even your clients when purchase on the second date ( next month date ) they still get access and knowledge to attend the event from the first date.

This is not something to be solved from our side unfortunately, it is a User Experience problem and can be solved on how you define the events.

Hey,

From what I have seen the error comes up because of some related javascript of Divi ( from console ). I have asked Ashan to take a look if it is something that he can help with.

Hey Mihai,

“nYou can view the full calendar at …”

You can hide just the words of this? May I ask why?

Hey David,

We might be able to do this with CSS. On the page show me exactly which section you mean so I can see if we can use the ::after CSS rule and if this would work out things.

Hey Shaan,

Give us some time so we can check the Cron Manager and find out the issue. We are reviewing this, but it will do require some time to make sure how things work and where the problem is.

We will do figure this out eventually 🙂

1)Please see this other website (previous version of EventOn) where you can expand the card even if the card is set as external link:

https://www.aburologia.com/programa-abu-2020/

You will see contracted cards when navigating in the calendar and expanded cards when clicking the link.

2) Now see this website (EventOn 2.8 recently updated) where the card is not expanded when set as external link:

https://www.webaucv.org/congreso-aucv-2020/

The problem appeared when the  www.webaucv.org was updated to new version. Both websites were configured exactly the same.

The interesting thing is having contracted cards when navigating in the calendar and expanded ones when showing the event on a page.

Hi Artem,

That worked well for the home page. But it didn’t exactly work for the full cal page . It doesn’t show the three lines anymore but it’s turned the full cal in to a huge list of events. Any idea how to fix that? Example of the new modified issue at http://www.chancesterrace.ca/calendar/

Thanks!

Rick
