Alex, seems like the error from your other ticket might that the theme has another color picker than might be interferring with the color picker we are using. Anyways kindly contact envato for a refund as we do not handle the payments for eventon main plugin and envato handles the payments.

I’m sorry to ask again but I have been trying for over two weeks to get the address to display City, State and cannot on the tile view nor the event details.

I have the Google API enabled and still only see the street address.  What am I missing?

Additionally, is it possible to get the title in Mixed case as opposed to all Caps?  All caps is extremely difficult for folks with visual impairments.

I didn’t unzip it. My Mac auto unzips when I download a zip file – so I needed to recompress it. I was just trying to determine whether I needed to include the READ ME in the plugin zip or if I needed to leave that out. I’ll just compress the entire folder and upload it.

Rather than a custom request, I think it would be ideal if you incorporated this “fix” into a future update, as this is ideal data to include in the structured data (and is currently missing with your plugin). I’d assume it’d be relatively easy to add that info to the JSON-LD or schema markup.

Please update them all: EventON to 2.8.5., Tickets to 1.7.11 and Booking to 1.0.7. After update go to EventON Setting and save them.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. EventON and E-Signature aren’t compatible with each other, that’s why EventON redirects you directly to Checkout page. Please try contacting the plugin developer and ask maybe they have a common solution for this issue.

Optional fields are for admin only. They aren’t visible on Event Card or in Event Schema.

You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Please try putting “Worldwide” as Location Address. It should be enough for Google.
