Charles, when you purchase our addons the terms are right there at the checkout screen. And it is very clear that your license will auto renew if not cancelled. 

You have not been auto renewed twice for same order it was for different orders. First one was renewed on Feb 9th and the next was on March 7th almost a month after. 

As you can see my image earlier which was OF YOUR SITE. and the editor was working perfectly. So something must have happened. and when inspecting your site it looks like something is blocking the SVG icons. I have not seen anyone else with this issue. COuple of things to do from here.

1. switch to an inpage form and see if that does the same thing.

2. turn off plugins one by one and see if any of those is causing the svg icons to not show.

3. switch to default wordpress theme and see if that help solve the issue.

Chris try this, go to eventon settings and make sure “hide past events” is not enabled 🙂
