Ah yes, sorry about that. It looks like that Permalinks affect Posts and Events by default and, unfortunately, you can’t change this.

Sorry, I think I misread your question. Could you please try to add this to your shortcode:
event_count="4"
This will limit number of events per month so with tile_count=”4″ it should show 4 events in one row.
