Hi, we have updated to the latest versions of EventON and addons and the issue remains – each time a customer orders the system consumes double the tickets.

Hello,

These fields must be filled with proper info in order to show them. The problem is that EventON doesn’t have such information. Please also note that they are optional.

The thing is that files are in EventON’s folder https://tppr.me/7v6B0 so I think that the problem is in (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php70/pear’). Can you please send us a direct link to where the actual issue is happening?
