Reply to: Can I exchange my CSV importer licence for an ics importer license as it just isn’t doing what I thought it would.

As far as missing dates, make sure the date time format is exactly correct as mentioned in the import guide on settings page. 

I am not sure why the location might not be working on the imported events. Perhaps try without lon/lat but just the address. If that doesnt work please send me below.

The latest version of EventON is 2.6.15. Could you please update and check again?

Before update please backup EventON’s data, settings, translations.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
