We purchased the addons midst 2017 when the yearly billing rule was not applicable yet, I believe.
Will we also be charged yearly for those ones?

I am not sure what feature this is you may be confused with another option.

Anyways restricting ticket purchase only to loggedin customers is not a supported feature within tickets. HOWEVER — GOOD NEWS 🙂 is you can restrict the events with tickets ON to only logged in users with this.

Setting that in event edit will make that event only visible to loggedin users.

So after the 1 year license expire you can still use the software (as of now) You will not get updates until you buy a new license after expiration. If you dont cancel the subscription it will renew automatically. You will get a notification email before auto renewal. And yes when auto renewing the new license amount will be charged from you account, via payment method used to purchase license.

Leila, so that is normal that the PDF files are stored in the media. We had a lot of other things to figure out for the PDF addon so we decided to use media as the easier place to store the files. We will keep in mind to find other location to store the pdf files in the future.
