Unfortunately, at the moment “Show only certain additional fields in RSVP form (separated by commas)” doesn’t affect RSVP’s Download (CSV) functionality.
However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.

i have tested another event by Version 2.19. After submit, i think it’s an AJAX problem (not a ajay…. sorry).

Leila, thank you for pointing this out. Here is the location of the code where those placeholders are coming from if you want to remove them for now. Because I will be adding an option in the next versino to specify a separate placeholder text for additional fields.
