Could you give me a return following my ticket and my 2 problems with EventOn?

• Hello,
  I have recently the 2 problems below with the use of EventON 2.6.11 plugin on a website under WordPress 4.9.3 with the theme TM Structure (no update made since these bugs on the EventOn plugin, and no WordPress update):

  -The filter “Event location”, localization by Region (Régions in French) does not work anymore while the events are well identified and that it worked very well without any change on my part. Following several tests, I have not been able to solve this problem.

  -The display of the drop-down menu of the filter “Event organizer” is cut to the display on my site ( items in the list are cut off and not displayed in full; the list of the drop-down menu is cut off in the display). I have to open events for it to be displayed in full … otherwise it will not be displayed in full; items in the list are cut off and not displayed in full.

Could you please send us a screenshot of these issues? I can see a couple of style changes from our default demo but everything is completely fine from my point of view: https://tppr.me/xrzZe and https://tppr.me/6PQR1.

Event Date format is wrong in your .ics file: https://tppr.me/EXg6c (left – ours, right – yours). Please check Office 365 settings and change it.

I am very glad you have been able to fix it so rapidly.

Yes, please go ahead do not hesitate to upload these changes on my site that is under configuration and testing, it helps you to evaluate the changes under a different server and it helps both your software and the community.

Make sure you are on evneton latest version 2.6.13 and if the issue still continue please send us a new ticket.

Thanks a bunch Ashish, the page is up now and working again.

I’ve updated the plugin and the EventOn Lists plugin.

However, now the formatting is all messed up and it presents awfully practiceparadox.com.au/events
Do you know what might be causing that and how to fix it?

Bruno, thanks for pointing this out. You are absolutely right the language value is not being passed correctly to event manager. I have fixed it but still doing some tests on it. Do you want me to go ahead and upload these changes to your site? 

Do you need to delete the account at helpdesk or myeventon.com or both? I do see you have purchased RSVP addon from myeventon.com account.
