EventON can’t help you with that. You should check how people are dealing with this problem when posts, pages,… are deleted. Maybe Yoast plugin can help.
Usually there are widgets with recent posts and search bar on 404 page template. You can add EventON’s Event Lists as well.
Hello,
“Auto move events to trash when the event date is past” option is enabled.
Also how users can find past events when they are deleted, are you using some kind of cache plugin?

Also, please tell me from which country you wish to login, so that I may take it out from the filter from Wordfence.
Please consider that this customization request is pretty urgent.

this is only for eventon, please post your questions at myfoodpress.com
emails are added via checkout so it would be a woo thing
Leila, i have seen this issue before and it had happened for our customers before with conflicts of the theme they are using. However due to our support terms on 3rd party themes. (http://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/terms-and-conditions-and-refund-policy/) we do not support 3rd party conflicts specially theme conflicts and those issues must be resolved via theme developer.
if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.
Hey Leila,
I am sorry for the delay on the reply.
Have you bought the addon to use it and get things shorted out?

Leila, this really is not the eventON single event page template. And from the looks of it as mentioned before, either your theme or another plugin is doing this.
One way to find out is switch to default wordpress theme and see if the event page still look like this https://biocity.co.uk/event/medilink-east-midlands-innovation-day-2018
If it doesnt, then it is the theme that is overriding eventON code and pushing a custom event template.
payments are handled by woocommerce – which has the ability to add tax- there is a default email invoice but you can also buy a woo extension called pdf invoices that attatches a pdf invoice to the confirmation email
eventon doesn’t handle the payment processor so as a result the solution you are after lies within woocommerce
