I am sorry did you apply the patch fix I sent and that didnt resolve the issue?

If you still want me to fix the filter issue for you please send me FTP access and I can take a look and see whats going on.

If your client dont want to show filters and are ok with moving ahead without it I suppose we dont have to debug through FTP 🙂

I’m not clear on what that did but the issue still exists I’m afraid.

My client doesn’t want the filters to be displayed. We’ve disabled those through the eventon settings.

Ok found the fix

Apply this and clear cache should do the trick 🙂

Actually nevermind I see the issue. Right now the filter look for both values and no and/or. I will look more info the relationships and see if I can find you a fix for this. Appreciate your patient!

With regards to your shortcode

[add_eventon_wv exp_so=”no” filter_type=”select” ux_val=”3″ hide_events_onload=”yes” event_type=”213,262,214,216,300,162,163,293,215,217″ event_type_2=”231,310″ ]

I think the reason filters are not working is because you are defining a event type and event_type_2 values initially via shortcode.

Can you please try [add_eventon_wv exp_so=”no” filter_type=”select” ux_val=”3″ hide_events_onload=”yes”] and see if that work with filters.

I have copied the beta tickets addon version to your site.

Area to translate should show under eventon settings > language and then under event tickets.

Let me know if this doesnt wokr. and make sure to clear cache.

For some reason September event is in March. On dev2 everything seems fine: http://dev2.myeventon.com/aaa/

Switching themes,… didn’t help.

Reply to: Some events aren’t showing at all. For example on Sept. 21 there is a repeating event starting. But it doesn’t show on the calendar at all

Did both methods in the documentation. The events still did not show up. Please help. Thank you.
