Would you mind updating main Eventon plugin and checking once please?

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BACKUP THE ENTIRE SITE AND THE DATABASE AND TURN ON ” Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled ” FROM EVENTON SETTINGS BEFORE UPDATING.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. Hi,

I have disabled ALL the plugins (except eventon & woocommerce), I have changed the theme to nineteen theme (basic one) and it is exactly the same problem.

I have made all the possibilities and only ONE is not creating the issue of zoom…
it is:  ev_uxval=”3″

For all others : ev_uxval=”X”, ev_uxval=”1″, ev_uxval=”4″ . There is issue of zoom..

If I put this shortcode 4 times => ONLY for the last one, the zoom will work, but for the 3 first, the zoom will not work

I just logged in but could not see the error, although Eventon is activated.

If you are seeing in the log file in the server, please send FTP access info so that we can investigate.

Hello Giuseppe,

we are not familiar the plugin you have mentioned.

But generally, to make two different programs, it requires custom coding, unless the other program is compatible with ours by default. You can ask the plugin developer about this.

If you want to go ahead with custom coding, you can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

ok I disabled the plugin “EventON – 113927 – Child” and the display is back to normal. I leave it disabled and I ask you please to check to solve the problem and also if possible to send me the zip file if possible so I can always have it available.
