1. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported.
2. Only manually, I am afraid. You can go to Edit Even > Publish > enable Event Completed or Cancel Event.
You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

To override and edit the email template copy “eventon-tickets/templates/email/ticket_confirmation_email.php” to “yourtheme/eventon/templates/email/ticekts/ticket_confirmation_email.php. More info https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/customize-ticket-email-template/
