I am so sorry richard, the subscription was never cancelled that is why it was charged again I have gone ahead and refunded you right away. If you ever decide to use eventON addons I’d like to offer you 20% discount using code EVO20T for the trouble.

This is a big problem right now. We are selling tickets to an event and the price is decreasing as tickets are sold!!

currently the RSVP feature doesn’t connect with the ultimate member so there is no communication between the member plugin and rsvp to say if someone has registered or not
2 emails beforehand is easy enough to send to those who have rsvp’d
You would have to send an email out that would go to all people using whatever the member plugin uses to send the emails- not sure on the automation of that plugin.
You could send a reminder and if they have not registered provide the link but I fear this would not be automated
you can send a reminder to those who have RSVped as a no – not sure that helps unless there was a way of uploading everyone you invite as a no first and having people who want to attend to change their rsvp to a yes
and at that point you could split up to send to those who are going and those who are not

yes you have a super old version of eventon- I have ticked off the “do not delete settings” for you
so you probably wont be able to do an auto update due to it being so old
so deactivate, delete- upload and activate and then activate the license as well

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

When setting a recurring event, it looks like the “custom” feature is only on the back-end and not the front end? Is this correct?
As an example, I have a customer that wants to create a recurring event on the third Thursday of each month. What would be the best way to make something like that happen?

Hello!
In the home page there is a Title (“Agenda”) and below that is this  shortcode: [add_eventon_list number_of_months=”5″ hide_empty_months=”yes” ]
By the way, where I could update the plugin??
Thanks,

Hello,
I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!
