The internet browsers are up to date.

thank you.

1.) Honestly, that process sounds very risky and not really service oriented for payable customers. We really need the event calendar during the year, so I would proceed the update in the end of the year perhaps.  Could you not put us on the “automatic-update” list as other wp-plugins do?

3.) I did. Perhaps you can give me some information about the costs of the development?

or are you speaking about people who have rsvp’d no?

it appears that many of these purchases do not appear in the order info on your account (we have a section that allows us to see what you have bought) however the helpdesk is new and it could simply be a bug in the helpdesk- I will alert Ashan to this and let him reset your activations- sorry about this- I’ll add this to his ASAP list

I try to check the various plugin in the dev environnement, but USER : tester PASSWORD : pass is not working 🙁

for the 3d question, I was asking wether user/members can an history of their participation to event, like a log in their member dashboard.

Dear Support,

Good day.

I have 2 questions:
1. Our plan is to either scan the Qr code then can be print the PDF ticket immediately or it will redirect admin to a page which can click on generate ticket, or is there any way u can recommend?
*How do i set the QR code section to redirection to “Edit Event Ticket ” page which is the admin can click on generate PDF Ticket instead of searching it again by inputing user Ticket ID?

2. Could we add the Company name from woocommerce checkout page into the PDF ticket or any new custom field to display on PDFer Ticket?
