1. Before update please back up EventON’s data. To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file.

WARNING! – When updating from EventON version 2.6.6 & 2.6.7 you must leave the above settings to NO (due to code error)! – If you are on EventON v2.6.8 or up this setting must be set to YES in order to keep already created events.

Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

3. Please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.

ok, so i installed the weekly view addon and if I put the shortcode for weekly and remove the weekly switch into a page, it displays and works just fine as seen here;

https://screenshots.firefox.com/PyRwzZmfmmCkmiiV/froghollowbikes.com

but, once I pass the parameters into the shortcode filter as below, it does not seem to be working, and shows events all the way out to august, as demonstrated in the link below;

add_filter(‘evorss_feed_events_args’, function($array){
// add supported eventon shortcode arguments
$array[‘add_eventon_wv’];
$array[‘disable_week_switch’]=”yes”;
return $array;
});

Results;

https://froghollowbikes.com/events-rss

The events rss feed displays repeated event and past events, so I attempted to prevent this by adding the ‘hide_past’ and ‘hide_mult_occur’ parameters to the filter.

That has stopped the past events and repeated events from showing, but it still shows events for the entire month, not the week.

any idea how to adjust to only show the current week information?

I’ll let you know if the tickets working while it’s set manually.

But there is also another thing. Is that ‘New order’ email notification doesn’t work. Admin doesn’t receive any mail. I’ve asked woocommerce and what they said:

“something is blocking the email from being created – most likely caused by the EventOn extension. It’s best to ask the EventOn developers for more assistance on this, as they have insight into what their code looks like and how it’s interacting with WooCommerce core’s settings. It might be that the plugin is missing settings that trigger the email process”
