I can’t see how to update tickets to 1.7.8. It’s not showing as an auto-update on my plugins page – please advise how I do this.
Also you have suggested I install the ticket variations options addon. However in my original message I said that this was already installed and activated at the time of raising the ticket.
Prior to this addon being activated the variations were added at the woocommerce end however from this link (http://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-setup-and-get-started/) it appears the variations can be set up within EventOn. However on creating a new event I cannot see the Enable Ticket Variations and Options button.
Finally I have tried to login to the EventOn test environment using the username tester and the password pass (as indicated on the page) however I get an incorrect password error.
It’s very frustrating and it would be fantastic if you could help with a solution to this problem.

The credit card ending in 3070 is definitely attached to our account. Attached is a screenshot of it as seen from our end. Those options are not going to work for us because we cannot use the PayPal account (even with the credit card mentioned above) because it is not for ACLAIMH, it is a separate account entirely from ACLAIMH.
Gotcha however I am not seeing another payment method to switch to in our system. So we can do few things here.
1. use the correct credit card in the paypal account that is set to use for renewals.
2. let the license expire on 1 year and then re-purchase a new license with correct credit card information.
Are those viable options for you Justin?

Hi yes Pamela O’Connor is the cardholder and our events coordinator. It is a business card for our organization ACLAIMH. We added the credit card I referred to in my original message on Friday after realizing that we cannot use our paypal account to pay for anything affiliated with our website.
