No additionally, you have to replace this code :

with the code i wrote above.
The reason is that scanner guns send an “enter” character at the end, so if you are watching for an “enter” you ensure that you read the whole value.
For example, at the most computers that we tested the scanner guns, the value for ticketing was just a single “h” (the first character of the qr value) and not the whole value (https://www.mysite.com/checkin?id=xxxxxx).
So it couldn’t actually scan the qr codes properly.
After we’ve manually replaced the code to watch for the enter value, everything works fine at all browsers / devices.

and looking at the pdf in media i saw that also that one don’t have qr codes…

Should we fix these pdf’s in some way and resend everybody the ticket mail before the event?

and is there a way to do this… (in batches to don’t get on a spamlist)

Also order 1336 didn’t had a pdf or even a qr code in the mail. I resend the ticket to myself first and got at least an qr code in the email. Not a PDF in the mail.

I resend the client the ticket mail in hope he now has a qrcode and hopefully also a pdf… but don’t know.

The earlier mentioned pdf of 1344 i recreated manually in Photoshop…. but is there an other way to regenerate a mail WITH the pdf?

Hi Ashan,

Ok I understand … I hope that the rest of the modules do not have this renewal too because when we do a site for a client, once the site is validated I do not intend to buy the module again …
