Currently, for past events, the ticket Add to Cart is disable. How do we enable ticket Add to Cart for past events?

now the Form Looks correct at First load, but if i Click „add new“ the Button change and the Form Fields Not visible. Second Click than opens the Form Fields.

Orit thank you very much for getting back with letting us know of the issue. I also just released a new version of actionUser 2.1.13 but I dont think that will override issues caused by your theme, so the best option right now is to reach out to the theme developers. If they are unresponsive, you may have to switch to a theme that is more supported.

Just tested this on our system with actionUser version 2.1.13 and all the notification emails work perfect.

I apologize, I submitted the wrong screen shot. I wish it showed a preview of the screen shot. I didn’t mean to confuse you.

I can’t get the API addon to work. I tried just inserting the javascript and div tag into the page but can’t get anything to show up. I have a WordPress site and your directions seem to be more basic HTML only where you can add javascript to the footer of an individual page.

 

Can you please assist? I can insert javascript to every page but I feel like that would just slow down the site when I only need the calendar to show up on three pages out of 50.

That login information doesnt work actually can you send me admin level new access. thanks and in the mean time I will run a test on our dev server and see if I can replciate these issues.
