We’ve actually duplicated the event, and re-registered manually everyone, so everyone got a new ticket.

At least, the issue is resolved.

Another thing to mention, which i’ve posted as feature request, is that i guess you have to change the code in file class-checkin.php at line 593 to wait for the enter character from the gun scunner.

I’ve manually changed it to this code below, because elsewhere it was “taking” in consideration only the 1st value of the ticket (and couldn’t scan properly) :

INPUT.on(“keypress”, function (e) {
                          if (e.keyCode == 13) {
                            if( INPUT.val() != ”){
                                            INPUT.siblings(‘button’).trigger(‘click’);
                                        }

Ok, I managed to find the address /checkout/ and the order is now payed.

In the menu in helpdesk there is no link to the cart even if there is something in it.

Now I hope you can start this work as soon as possible. Thank you.

the PHP version is 5.6.38


is it possible to change it to 7.1 as this will make the entire website run faster and evenon has been designed with 7.1 in mind
