I did that and had the same problem.

I’ve contacted Woocommerce, the said that WC is working. I made a virtual product, not connected with your plugin at all, and everything is working fine. Only when someone buys ticket form EventOn it doesn’t work. I payed for that plugin, so I expect it to work properly.

 

Is it safe to do this on the live server?  Or should I do this on staging?  I thought I had EventON fully updated but apparently not.  IS there something I have set up correctly that is not allowing the EventOn plugin and EventOn Ticketing plugin to update automatically?

• I cannot upload the updated files into WP because it says the plugin and corresponding folders already exsist. ( /home/gocsl950/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eventon-tickets/)

Woo Commerce is showing as fully updated at 3.5.7 and Auth.net gateway as 3.14.5

We are not familiar with that plugin. But if that is not working, please try an alternative.

You currently have very old version of the ticket addon active.

Can you update it and all other plugins, including woocommerce and eventon, to latest version and check once please?

I updated and sent myself the ticket mail of order “1344”. I don’t get a pdf in that mail so.. i can’t see if the pdf is ok now?

Will a resend to the one who ordered add the pdf ?

The PDF in “media” isn’t updated with a qr code or a new pdf is generated i think: https://jubileumfeestvenlo.nl/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Ticket_order_1344.pdf

This corrected itself when I fixed another problem… something about php space. So no longer an issue thanks.
