I’m not sure what you mean? I do not have any “Editor Role”? I did have Adminimize plugin but that plugin is disabled.
I went thorugh the troubleshoot and process and disabled and enabled plugin. Can you tell me which plugin you see is causing the error?

Did that, and disabled everything from Settings except Tickets.
no caching plugins in the dashboard, nothing on the server, and i’ve cleared my browser cache.
I am unsure as to how Customization works. Is there a cost for that?
At this time, I’d be happy to just get out of the loop. The plugins (Action User Plus and Woo Commerce) aren’t working together properly if they keep people in the same loop. There’s no way to enter event information, and there’s no way to check out. It’s just a circle.
Can we fix the circle first and then move on to customization.
And let me know if there is a charge for customization.
