Hello Jannik thank you for the message. Unfortunately I built the system to not fail me and my team 🙂

Here is a screen cap of the system log. According to the system a email was sent out on march 20th. Its a BCC copy that the system send out to all the orders that will renew in 3 days. 

And thank you very much for following through with our terms policy. With regards to our policy (which we stand by as our foundation) is there anything else we can do for you?

Darren unfortunately according to our refund policy https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/terms-and-conditions-and-refund-policy/ section 8 we do not refund for auto renewals.
