Reply to: I cannot access my EventOn account! I was just billed two renewal fees because the login used for helpdesk doesn’t work for EventOn.

Charles, when you purchase our addons the terms are right there at the checkout screen. And it is very clear that your license will auto renew if not cancelled.

You have not been auto renewed twice for same order it was for different orders. First one was renewed on Feb 9th and the next was on March 7th almost a month after.

Checked all these topics. I have deactivated the plugin on sites which are no longer needed and I requested anyhow an extension of the license values.

Still I can not avtivate the plugin on my multisite. Can you please guide me through the right config now? What is needed to do?

Reply to: Action user – editor bug

As you can see my image earlier which was OF YOUR SITE. and the editor was working perfectly. So something must have happened. and when inspecting your site it looks like something is blocking the SVG icons. I have not seen anyone else with this issue. COuple of things to do from here.

1. switch to an inpage form and see if that does the same thing.

2. turn off plugins one by one and see if any of those is causing the svg icons to not show.

3. switch to default wordpress theme and see if that help solve the issue.

Chris try this, go to eventon settings and make sure “hide past events” is not enabled 🙂

Reply to: Problem with ICS importer when using repeated events in Google Calendar

Hey Anders, here is the thing I am finding out. If you use repeat in google all day it creates separate ICS events. But if you do repeat event for a set time it only sends one ICS event entry with repeating values. So I need to write more code to interpret this and import those. As much as I would love to give you a solution right now, I would need more time to develop this solution sorry.
