If your order is on pending cancellation, that means the subscription will cancel at the anniversary of its expiration date. And up till them you can use the license 🙂 Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hello there sorry to hear you lost the events data. Right now we are on version 2.6.17 and we did have some issues with data deleting error in old version may be you went through that.
So events are saved in wp_posts and wp_postmeta tables. So if you only want events then you have to get only post_type=ajve_events from wp_posts and get all postmeta values for each post ID you get from first table. Rather cumbersome. Easier would be to import the whole tables.

I just thought of one thing. I made a custom customer-processing-order.php in the theme map.
I renamed that one now. Could that have been the problem…

The client really want to add the pdf to the ordermails, but how to fix it and second how to send the pdf to the clients who bought till we fix it. The most will order from saterday. But “their own people” will start to order today.
