As they are not our products, we are unaware of how they have been programmed or how it is supposed to work. As such, we recommend you to contact the theme developer and ask them for their assistance in solving the problem. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

I got another 2 questions. In first tests i got mails with the PDF in it. Now i don’t have the PDF’s in the mail of the order that the clients receive. Where can the clients find the PDF ?

The payment methode isn’t live yet, but will be in a few hours probably. Now it is in test-modus.

and… a probably WooCommerce thing. Some of the test receivers get a tax text (excl btw) that i don’t get in my test mails…. we don’t have tax on these tickets.. so there doesn’t have to be any tax text in any mails.
