Sorry, I think I misread your question. Could you please try to add this to your shortcode:

event_count="4"

This will limit number of events per month so with tile_count=”4″ it should show 4 events in one row.

Action User add-on has a special Event Manager shortcode where logged-in users can edit their events. And you can change what they can edit and what can’t.

Please go to EventON > Action User > Form Fields > uncheck SPECIAL EVENT EDIT FIELDS (EXCLUDE, FEATURE AND CANCEL EVENT.
