I wonder if this host setting is causing the issue.

Anyway you can create a new installation with no host filters and try the same on default wordpress and see if that works?

Stefan, I am running the 1.0.2 versionas well and on my end your ICS file gives me no errors. Can you send us FTP access and I can look into to see whats going on.

Thank you very much for bringing this back to our attention some one else was also trying to translate those and was not able to. So please allow me sometime I am going to add that right now and will release a public update to actionUser plus addon 🙂

Ticket holder details is not from PDFer addon its adding from tickets addon. ANd if the order has a ticket that is when it shows that. 

Can you may be deactivate the email customizer and see if that fix it?

Because the ticket holder information should look like this

Were you able to try the 3 items I mentioned above? Orit that is the only way out of this, specially because we can not replicate thsi on our end 🙂

If you know any other wordpress plugins that can export special characters with no issue please let me know.

Hello there Paulo, thank you for letting us know of this. Unfortunately we dont have an immediate solution for this either. I will need to do some research to figure out how to get special characters to pass. Appreciate your patient!
