When a order is placed the client recieves a mail without the pdf. But i have to do a manual thing to set the status of the WooCommerce Order from “In behandeling” (busy with) to “Afgerond” (ready) .
Can this go automatically when the payment is good? Or do i have to do this everytime manual? There will be at last 800 tickets.. so… 🙂

I just processed the refund for you. And just FYI a reminder email was indeed sent out. Here is the system log entry for auto reminder email:

Maybe the email was not delivered or was sent to your spam and was auto deleted. Not sure what happen but our system have initiated a reminder email 3 days ago. Anyways I have refunded you for the renew order. If you need support for those addons in the future you will need a valid license.

We stopped the sale and the payment back to test-modus so you can test.
There is a test event: https://jubileumfeestvenlo.nl/evenementen/test/
But you don’t have to use that one.. i think you should use the other one with the test-payment methode.

Thank Romain. Updated the RSVP addon on your site please check now should be working fine. Someone else also had this issue and the fix i applied on the line 577 worked for them so it should for you too 🙂

Actually I would recommend you not reinstalling the plugin. Because this code is a patch fix and if you install old plugin the issue will come back. I am going to add this fix to next version so in RSVP v2.6.6 you are good to go 🙂 not just yet.
