i did this

and found this error

Fatal error: Can't use method return value in write context in /home/kuwaitup/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eventon-rsvp/includes/class-frontend.php on line 577

I didn’t receive any email, in your conditions says that I will receive an email 3 days before de renewal date, I attach you an screenshot of the server incoming mail from the 1st of march filtering from your mail server and you can see that there is only emails today.

I’m going to fill up the form, thanks.

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Could you please try FTP Method? This link will further explain the process.

Do you have this issue with every event? For example, Annual Review Workshop and EHC Plan Workshop – 2 Part – P1.

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

Really sorry but I’ve checked options again and I think you can remove it with EventON > Action User > Event Manager > enable Allow user to edit certain fields. Could you please check?
