Regarding Eventonplugin, please contact Envato market and ask them for refund instead. Eventon plugin is sold exclusively on envato market and we do not have any control over their refund policy.

At the moment, we do not have test license.

However, what you can do is deactivate the license on other installation when you are developing the site and then remove it from the dev site and use the same on the live site when ready.

Found the bug: In wp-content/plugins/eventon-action-user/includes/class-form.php line 748 is:

 echo "<div class='enterownrow' style='display:". ( $allow_add_new? 'block':'none'). "'>";

It should be:

echo "<div class='enterownrow' style='display:". ( $allow_add_new? 'none':'block'). "'>";
