Question 2: Can it only effect one specific Event Slider rather then all of them? Would I have to give them specific Calendar IDs?

Before trying to “get my head around” this I’d like to know if Multi Data Type supports shortcode generated content (insert shortcode, show content)?

If so, how about supporting your product and getting this working for me? Maybe a 15 min call together can knock this out.  I’m pretty technical. Worked as an implementation engineer for three years supporting a complex software suite. The fact I can’t figure this out may mean others have problems understanding it too. I assume you want more people to make use of all of your product’s features.

If it does not support shortcode content I will place a feature request or submit a request for paid customization.

Our add-on is incompatible with Woocommerce One Page Checkout shortcode.

Could you please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file.

yes I Did a backup, and I’ve exported data as CSV and ICAL.

But unfortunately this was not enough since I’ve discovered  your software has a bug.

I switched the option on, “Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” but this did exactly the opposite and I lost all data.

Now you ask me to purchase an add-on to restore my lost data?

I expect from you a procedure to recover all the events I’ve lost or that you provide me the add-on.

I’m not interested in the add-on I just want to restore all my events thate required hours of data entry.

Could you please update EventON to 2.6.17? Before update please backup your data.

I’ve activated Disable existing event name check. After update could you please try to fetch events again and let me know.
