Chassie, I know you will forgive us for taking a logn time to get back, and I am sure you know how swamped with get with tickets and how much little time we have to address them all 🙂

Good news! 

I was able to figure out a solution. It was not sending emails whenthere was multiple orders from the same person for a ticket which adds their email multiple times. I have fixed it and email went just fine now.

Now they are probably wondering what the heck is “ddwq” means 🙂 Sorry I was testing and didnt think it would go through and there was no other way to test it hope that is ok 🙂

Reply to: Custom Meta Data Field Not Showing in Event Card Data

Hi Basilis I am not asking for a customization here (yet). I want a better explanation of how Multi Data Type  is supposed to work.

Please help me show shortcode created content for every event. The same shortcode needs to be placed in every event.  I don’t want to have to paste for every event the same content. It is an extra step. It is my understanding, this is what this functionality is for but the documentation is lacking. Please go through my screenshots and earlier request again.

When replying multiple times inside a ticket – the ticket is been lost.
We appreciate the patience, I have assigned the ticket so we can look deeper into it.
