1: please add this css to wherever you add your custom css

2: additional fields do not work with event tiles as it is designed for minimal info- it would require customization

You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

3: it is an extremly slow loading site I believe there could be a conflict- we would need FTP details to better diagnose and I will assign this up to a senior developer to diagnose better than myself

If I were you

I would look for membership type plugins which allow you to show different content to different users and the membership plugin should also allow you to create additional users

 

decision makers of pension funds would be a user for example and when they visit a page it shows them decision makers of pension funds  events

to purchase tickets you would need to log into your account (and depending on your business set up) you could charge people for different membership types

that way you wouldn’t need to stuff around with back and forth emails

there are many membership plugins out there and there are many hide plugins that allow you to hide content based on ones user role

Another way would be to use the RSVP addon instead of tickets

and people register their interest for the event- no payment made- you can also create additional questions on the rsvp form- you can check in those who pass your rules and send an email out to them to pay online

and to those who don’t meet the requirements you don’t send the pay email or you let them know
