Thanks for your previous help. I managed to resolve the problem manually. However, we are experiencing issues again. There is an offending event that causes chaos when published. I’ve thrown that event in the trash, and the problem has solved itself. However, I would like to know what’s wrong with the event. You can restore it and see what it’s doing under the Music and Events / San Antonio page.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Our system says “This license is not activated on any sites!” for both add-ons. Could you please send us a license info so we can try to activate it ourselves or please also try a different browser/machine.
