Reply to: Failing to upload .csv sheet
The link below will show you the steps in the process as I am attempting to use Google Sheets as an intermediate interface to create a .csv sheet with the proper date format. Please keep in mind that you cannot open this .csv file once downloaded. If you do, Excel will strip the dates. However, as per image #6, you can see that the dates look OK.
Images 1-5 depicts my process of using your import function, and everything looks OK until I actually open the event, where the dates have reverted back to 1970.
Any ideas? Please note that this website depends on having this as a solution. I am now a week late in publishing, and REALLY need you to come up with a working solution. Please do not pass this back to me to try something else! As you can see I have done my homework, and rely on you to show me that your product actually does what you say it should do.

The method described above did not work, as the download, indeed with the leading zeros and 4-digit year, is saved as .csv on your desktop it becomes an Excel .csv, again stripped of the date format…
I am stumped and quite disappointed with you folks. Baffled that this does not happen to everyone using your product, and wondering what method you guys use to use your import module. Can you describe your method to me, please, rather than keeping me going back to the same non-workable “solution?”

The only way I have found to include leading zeros and a 4-digit year is in this article. However, what happens then is that since the UK version reverses the date and the month, the date will either not come across, or come across incorrectly. Per the article, I will try to work this via a google sheet, and see what that does.

I am so surprised that this is not a common and known issue for you guys, as I must not be the only one working from Excel sheets. I am also surprised that the patch mentioned in the earlier ticket has not followed later versions of your import plugin…just sayin’…
Reply to: I purchased the ticket add-on. Once I activate Woocommerce on the site the Events are broken and fail to move from one month to another.
Having checked the debug file, I have now increased the memory_limit on the server and resolved the problem.
Thank you for you assistance.

For a Customization Request do you give an estimate of costs first?
Thanks for the shortcode. I try that.
