Reply to: Google maps blank

I really do appreciate the quick response.  The issue is with adding map widget.  I have tried every combination to get it to display but still is blank for me.  I’m sure its something simple that I’m missing.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Love love the tool.  Image is attached

Reply to: Change width for Events Multiple Slider

Hi There,

Thanks for the reply

It is probably best I stick to the default slider using one image.

Can I use my set my own image as the background for each of my events in the slider, instead of it picking an image from the event I have setup in the calendar. The images from the calendar are actually clashing with my text in the slider.

Kind Regards
Quintin

Helo Matteo,

The serach function not working maybe a conflict caused by one of the oother program you are using. So,, please do the same test I have suggested above for this as well and see if it works.

If it doesn’t, please let us know.

Regarding google map, the API key you have used is not correct.

Please check the link below to learn how to generate the key properly. Then add the proper key and the map will appear.

Reply to: dietary requirements field

Hi Ashish

its EventOn using the tickets plugin. i have lots of events but providing some sort of field for dietary requirements is very common in other less attractive platforms than yours.

the site is a dev site and i can’t give you back end access but can give you a look at what I am doing when you go to buy a ticket

While you are there too, can you tell me if you can have an event with diff event card options or can you only have one version? i was hoping to have a stripped down event calendar for my conference in the sidebar but without some of the elements of the full event listing.

however, the option to include dietary req checklist is a really ordinary thing i would expect to see in a ticket system.
