Reply to: License Upgrade of Event Lists & Items

Thank you Bruno for your kind suggestion! greatly appreciate it. It is in the plan to show website. Which is right now recorded in encrypted code. And also give option to deactivate license for a site right from there 🙂 So keep your eyes peeled for that in the future 🙂

Nanna, thank you for the message and thank you for clarifying the issue. Unfortunately you have purchased the maps addon in order 33495 in May 2018 which is way past our 30 day grace period for refunds. –> https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/terms-and-conditions-and-refund-policy/ #8.1

I can cancel the subscription just for the maps addon if you wont so your maps addon license will not be renewed at the 1 year anniversary of its license. Do you want me to do that?

Hello Tracy. A reminder email was sent to you 3 days before here is the system log for that email.

We are humans and we make mistakes 🙂 I have gone ahead and refunded you for the order 🙂

If you have a moment, we would greatly appreciate if you could kindly leave us a review at codecanyon! from your account > downloads. Cheers!

Reply to: Slider conflict

my apologies for a typo.  the page is http://troychurch.tv/events/communion/.  the slider is not yours, but is one that belongs to the theme in use.  however, on all other page and post types, i have the option in the page edit to disable the slider.  in the eventon posts, there is no such option.  please advise.
