VAT is not used in USA so not sure if that can be done.

I want to show BOTH L1 and L2 events in the list. Following the documentation (which I had read) and your advice, I only get L2.

You can use the repeat event feature to make events show multiple time. Please check the link here: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/setting-up-repeating-events/
There is no option to show events in that particular way but using event_count=”3″ parameter in the shortcode will show 3 events at a time.
