RSVP Events Waitlist add-on is only available for RSVP and will work only for RSVP and nothing else: https://www.myeventon.com/addons/rsvp-events-waitlist/
You can use Tickets with Seats but RSVP and Waitlist aren’t compatible with Tickets or Seats in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support on customizations. Please send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category so one of our developers can help your with this.

The problem is that it’s hard to tell what path to use for template-add-to-cart-single.php

That’s a good question. I am not sure whether it was when they were purchasing or if when they went to a certain page. I didn’t notice all of the QR codes in the media library until right after the event so I’m not sure which thing was triggering the generation of those QR codes. What do you need from me to be able to trouble shoot it further?

1. The only option that is available at the moment is EventON > Tickets > Emails > Stop auto sending ticket confirmation email to customers. In order to customize email templates please go to WooCommerce > Emails. You can also send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
2. With this add-on https://www.myeventon.com/addons/pdfer/ you can attach a ticket in pdf format to the confirmation email. Please try it on http://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eventon&tab=evcal_tx#evotxpdf

Change that code to just ::placeholder and resave and let me know if that fix it. Be sure to resave eventon settings and clear cache after the code change.
