thank you for your reply, however I do not want to make a variation on the price but I would like to set a limit on how many tickets are sold per order.
Do you have a documentation for that or steps to follow ?

Neither of those fields appears in the dropdown list and when I try to enter a new field I get this message.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.

With FTP Method you won’t loose your data (please backup everything anyway). The main thing is that please don’t delete your old version before installing and activating new one.

The subscription fee is the same as the price of the product.
This is renewed every year, unless you want to cancel the subscription. In that case, you can continue to use the product, but you will not have access to support and updates.
