Ahh –  I understand. Thanks for the quick response! Alright, it seems like I purchased the wrong product accidentally. I saw the “Event Over” label on the Add-on plugin description page and thought that was where to get that feature.

  1. Could you refund me for the cost of the plugin and revoke my license for the add on? I will keep the main plugin, which is awesome!
  2. Is there another workaround, or a way to reconfigure the plugin, or add-on purchase, that can automate the process so once an event is over, it automatically displays “Event Over without tickets?” I know I can manipulate the “Cancel Event” label via coding easily to display it as “Event Over”,  but that is still not automated. How can I do this for my client?

Reply to: When using the add on for Variations is it possible to have an overall stock number that the variations are using?

Hello,

Please try to enable Edit Event > Tickets > Manage Ticket Stock > Total Tickets in Stock. Now Add New Ticket Variation with empty Ticket Variation Stock Quantity. Unfortunately, it won’t show the remaining overall tickets but won’t let users add more than Total Tickets in Stock.

However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.
