What we mean is, by default, the form should look like this: http://dev2.myeventon.com/wp-login.php?action=register

It appears you are using a third-party program that is making the login form to look like the way it is. https://hailsham.news/wp-signup.php

So, you will need to disable that particular program to have it look like the default one.

You can disable all other programs, change the theme back to default WP theme. And then you can reactivate them one at a time and check the form each time. This way you will know the program that sows the current form page.

Hi Ashish, thank you for your quick response. I have clicked on one of the other links in the login web page (under login button, lost password link) and  it has sent me the required emails to reset my password, which I have now done.  The other link at the top of the page details doesn’t work for me.  I will close this support request now as I feel this is resolved, thank you very much for your time!

Please go to eventon->styles and add following code in the panel and save the settings:

.calendar_header {
display: none !important;
}

If you do not see any changes, go to myeventon->settings and turn on “Write dynamic styles to header” button.

If you still do not see any change, turn off “Write dynamic styles to header” button, save the settings, turn it back and save the settings again.

It may require custom coding.

It appears that it’s primarily the Intro to BeeKeeping classes that aren’t working but I haven’t tried every single event yet. Just 1 or 2 from each category.

I am having no issues exporting on chrome in mac OS Mojave, so if you export in safari with no extension rename the file and add .csv at the end and that should fix it easily.

I updated the code in your site and everything seems to be working great now 🙂
