So you mean there is no way to choose the default zoom if only one event ?

I can create a new seating chart and it seems to work fine, but if I duplicate an event or try and edit concerts I already have set up I am not able to.

 

Hello Kasper unfortunately the repeats are associated with the instance index and the capacity data is saved in association with that so when you change the repeat dates those data associations stays or get overrides with index. I know its not the ideal solution. I am hoping to develop a new solution for this but it might not be ready for 5-6 months.

Is this happening on repeating events can you please send me link to a single event that this is happening?

Hey there so what happen is with maps addon it uses radius adjustment, eg. if you have 100 events it adjust radius to show most of those so the zoom level doesnt really effect maps addon, because its made to show more than one event. 

But I get what you are saying and let me see what I can do in the future updates to maps addon. 

Gotcha so that number is the end date of the event. When its a multi day event it shows the end date next to end time. Because for eg. event going from 14 10am to 15 3p, if u show 10-3p that is not right. Hope that make sense if you have other suggestions for improvement on this please send us a feature request ticket.

And in eventon language > under eventon tickets make sure you translate event time and location strings all the way in the bottom 

Hey Chassie, so when you said “duplicated order” do you mean you duplicate the event and that is when the emails are not going through? Sorry its working fine on our end so its kind of hard to find whats causing the issue. 

Thanks for letting me know I have to update lot of code to fix this so you can reply with FTP so I may be able to update it or else the fix will be in the next version release to eventON.
