Hello,

Please update EventON to 2.6.16 and RSVP add-on to 2.6.4. Before update please backup your data.

After update you can go to EventON > RSVP > Emails > enable Receive email notifications upon new RSVP receipt. Or Edit Event > RSVP > enable Send email notifications to event author.

Please check and let me know.

Morning Ashish, I know you’ve reduced the update checking period to avoid server crashes how long do you think it would take our installation to spot that there is an update – I’m just weighing up being patient or doing a manual update and wanted some guidance from you 🙂

That isn’t my website though ( My web address is https://yourlocallink.co.uk ) and my theme is a child theme of a theme called MyListing not one called “X”.

I have no idea why this website – https://yorklgbthistory.org.uk/wp-content/themes/x/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fa-solid-900.woff2 is linked to my site at all that’s what I’m trying to figure out.

Still awaiting theme dev response so will let you know!

It seems your website have javascript errors caused by other plugins/theme. You can find and resolve them by following this guide. Once these javascript errors are fixed, eventon scripts will be able to run properly and will resolve your issue.
