Is there a way I can just deal with you in the event I have any issues that require support in the future?

I ask this because your response time was in line with what great support is all about. You fixed the issue in a matter of days and your timeliness of correspondence was great.

The other ticket I created for this same issue – I got no support at all and what little correspondence I did get was really poor (this was not you, it was someone else).

I’m still going to leave a great review online, but I just wanted you to know, the review is for you. Overall, the issue took more than 3 weeks to resolve. But when you got involved, it was resolved in just a few days.

ALSO – This is a great add-on and I noticed it’s no longer available to purchase from EventON (404 error when trying to load the page). I hope you make it available to others as it’s function is really valuable. I also just want to make sure you plan to continue supporting it for those of us who purchased it.
