
Do those modifications survive when Actionuser is updated?
BTW, there’s a bug in Submit Your Event … when the page first loads, under the Select Saved Location dropdown and Create New button (in the Event Location Fields section) the fields to create a new location are displayed when they should be hidden until Create New is clicked.

I am really sorry. Could you please add event_manager.php to /wp-content/themes/Extra/eventon/actionuser/. There is no need to create /template/ folder.
BTW, the lack of icons in the entries under My Submitted Events was due to a Font Awesome problem caused by another plugin.
If you could send us a link to your website (as a private message) I quite sure we can give you the code that will fix this issue.
Also, while you explain how to customize event_manager how do you customize the event submission form?
