Also meant to add that I do know about the offset setting but this would be a very manual approach that we would have to go in and do twice a year to accommodate daylight savings time.

This problem is happening to me too. Off by an hour. In my case it is one hour ahead.

This also includes the CSV add-on I purchased as well.
