without access to the site

I can take a guess- go into myeventon>>>>settings>>>categories and change the name

or

go into myeventon>>>>language >>>>categories and change the name

 

both would require permalinks redo- if that fails please provide wp-admin access so we can have a better diagnosis

is this possible without custom soulution. Do users buy the ticket only one by one. So no ten times visit.
